Little bit late, but here it is! A full tier list based on ghosting ability(I had to cut out trackmaking cuz i didn't have time to go thru everyones tracks.) I believe this is fairly accurate, but tell me if you think something is wrong. Want another one for just trackmaking? Comment below :).
