The beginning could be a bit faster, the Z bounce could lead better into the ramp, and that second to last jump, like you said, could be faster. My ending was unusually good, so I don't know if I can easily improve my time now.

You could take the second last jump shorter but, idk if you can optimise it any further. You got the Z clip which is amazing
