Merited gg! I appreciate the battle :D sub 13 should be possible with this route and I think there might be a cut. if you have a bunch of speed I think it might be possible to "unstick" and pull away from the boosts/ground and jump directly to the star at around 10.7 seconds. I got close but couldn't get it
