100% Completion Rate

I wonder if a 100% completion rate is possible? Except for INSANELY easy tracks. So, I made, detailed and put instructions for this track. If this track can't get it. Then I don't know what moderate track can. But I still hope you enjoyed it!

one, the "instructions" you put in there didn't work, and two, it's just too easy
