Free Rider NOT letting me VOTE

Every time I try it says "You need to complete more tracks" It keeps saying that after I refresh and complete "More Tracks". It makes me MAD AF!!! I dont know if any of you have this problem I doubt that you do.

MaxwellLucier some times it lets me vote but a good portion of the time it wont.

Sometimes to me but then I complete more and it works
