Ninjasparkour Pretty sure the ingame timer is in sync with fps. And I'm 100% sure you can't get .3 secs without lag. In speedrunning games you get banned for cheating if somehow tap a key 2 times in 2 game ticks in a 30 tick game (which FRHD also is), because it's physically impossible.
