TheGreatGnome I admit that I felt something when Neil revealed he knows the Protagonist since years, the emotional climax was good. Beyond that, the cold atmosphere of Nolan does not help to feel something for the protagonist (that's why I prefer Inception)

Astraletsch Totally agree. The characters in Tenet may not be as compelling or captivating to the viewer. But it defin' was an ambitious reach for him. Inception and Interstellar were two of my favs as well :)

TheGreatGnome TheGreatGnome The main thing about Nolan is that he gets to apply his original concept in a "cold" movie. His style is quite cold and impressive, but maybe too cold for Tenet, I didn't feel anything for the Protagonist, he is mono-expressive every time instead of Neil or Sator who both have complex personalities. Maybe it's this little thing that makes me think Tenet isn't the best movie actually, compared to Inception or The Dark Knight.
