GC segment

This is the segment that I made for the 2023GC that I don't think is being continued. I made this to go near the end of the track and break everyone's ghosts and prevent the trial from being tassed by anyone other than tafr lol. I hope the excessive CPs make up for how bad the this is. good luck tho
